Notes from the curator

The aromatics of this coffee are robust and bright backed with deep red fruit tones. On the first sip of this coffee, you’ll immediately notice how vibrant the notes are it's as if they’re dancing on your tongue like pop rocks. The flavors then slowly melt in your mouth and you get hit with notes of pomegranate, black currant, and strawberry. Although this coffee is very fruit-forward you will notice some notes of dark chocolate in the body and a silky mouthfeel.
