Notes from the curator
Oliver Cortez is a second generation coffee grower, inheriting his farm, El Triunfo, from his parents. He has a wife and 5 children, and has been working with coffee since 1995. This lot is from an elevation of 1800 masl, made up of the San Bernardo varietal, in Huila, Colombia. This lot was fermented in plastic tanks for 120 hours, and then dried for 15 days with natural ventilation.
