Pedro Turcios produced this unwashed process coffee on his farm "Maria Bonita," named in honor of his grandmother and mother who preceded him in the coffee business. Turcios has dedicated a lot of time to develop his knowledge of coffee varieties by experimenting and improving his quality constantly, season after season. He is also a member of the COMSA coffee cooperative.
