In 2005, Rodney roasted beans for his friends and family in a popcorn maker. Not surprisingly, the popper soon couldn't keep up with the demand. He then turned his personal hobby: roasting fresh coffee beans from start to a perfect cup finish and combined them to create SoZo Coffee Roasting.
