Notes from the curator

Stella came equipped with an electric starter, but for some reason it's always more fun to give it a good old fashioned kickstart. And it's a few shots of Sidecar's flagship espresso that gets my engine running every morning. This seasonally updated espresso blend currently consists of a superb high grown, washed coffee from Guatemala Huehuetenango and a sweet, balanced natural processed coffee from Carmo de Minas, Brazil.
