Our decaf is custom decaffeinated in Huila, Colombia, using a natural process that utilizes a solvent of ethyl acetate, which can be derived from fermented sugar. Thus the name: Decaf de Caña! With a bit of citric tang and mellow sweetness, this decaf hits all the right notes!
