This is the first year Provision is sourcing coffee from this region, and its distinct qualities certainly shine in the cup! This coffee is a blend of two different lots produced by Pedro Ortega. It is composed of Bourbon, Castillo, and Cenicafe-1 varietals. We taste juicy mandarin orange, jasmine, honeysuckle, and a rich caramel finish.
