I wanted to develop a coffee that can be easily consumed in the afternoon. A coffee that reminded me of a tea break, something on the lighter and brighter side with a calming effect. Hence, I started to look for floral and fruity notes. The idea was to create a sort of afternoon tea vibes with coffee. The floral and fruity aspect of this coffee along with a sweet finish was the perfect fit
