Notes from the curator

We're super excited to have purchased this lot from Jacob Regalado through Osito coffee. Chota, is an under sourced area due to its extreme elevation. And while this elevation will lead to some incredible tasting coffee, it's not without its risks. Frost damage, extended fermentations, colder temps, and increased moisture in the coffee make processing difficult. However, the end result is a spectacular Typica with floral intensity, crisp apple, and a sparkly finish. Truly one of our favorites!
