Notes from the curator

Masha Station is a coffee cherry collection site located in Gatare Commune, Kayanza, Burundi's northern province that borders neighboring Rwanda. The station has been around since 1989 and has been in 2012 were top placement in the Burundi Cup of Excellence competition. It's excellent as a pour-over and holds up pretty well as a single-origin espresso with flavors of sweetened cocoa with fruited and spiced highlights.
