Natural or Washed processed, that's my biggest dilemma. I wanted to source a unique natural coffee from Ethiopia. A juicy, fruity, and floral cup of coffee that didn't lose the terroir identity along with the traditional high-sweetness of a Natural process. A coffee that conveys togetherness and childhood memories. For latte lovers, this natural Ethiopian will create a perfect flavor pairing with oat, almond, or regular milk.
