The Cerrado Mineiro Region is a world recognized high quality coffee producing origin - the first “Designation of Origin” in Brazil, located in northwest of Minas Gerais State.

Having well-defined seasons - a hot, wet summer and a pleasantly dry winter - is a strong characteristic of the region. The coffee plantations are cultivated in areas with altitudes varying between 800 and 1,300 meters, the result being high quality coffees with a unique identity.

This team is Café Trading. Café Trading was developed for the sole intent to safe guard our customers from the volatility of the commodity and the unpredictable circumstances that come with an agricultural product.

We sample all the coffee first and then purchase the finest coffees. Once the coffee arrives to Magnum, a second cupping takes place. If at that time the coffee was misrepresented, or a problem has occurred with the coffee, Magnum Coffee Roastery denies the product and Café Trading sells it in the open market. Thus, your customers are protected from bad coffee and thus assured of the very finest coffee experience.
