Back by popular demand, our Sixty One blend pays homage to our long-standing relationship with coffee farmers in Thailand. This release of our Sixty One is a medium roast blend featuring our traditional washed processed Thai coffee and a Rainforest Alliance Certified washed process coffee from the Mount Elgon region of Uganda. Boasting altitudes of up to 7,000 feet, our Ugandan coffee is full-bodied with a medium level of acidity and a sweet brown sugar aroma. As a blend, our Sixty One has a brightness that is subtle. yet is smooth, while being dynamic enough to be your daily drinker. This blend gets its name from the year 1961, which was the first year coffee trees were planted through the long-standing relationship of our partner in Thailand. At the time, the village was so remote that the seedlings were brought in by elephants!
