Producers: Our Excelso Decaf comes smallholder farms near Medellin, Antioquia, Colombia. Medellin, known as the City of Eternal Spring. Fitting name, as Colombia harvests twice a year. A coffee without compromise, look for notes of molasses, black cherry, and lemon zest. Region: Antioquia, Colombia Variety: Caturra, Typica, Castillo, and Colombia Altitude: 1300-1650 meters Harvest: October - January | April - June Soil: Sandy loam Process: Fully washed and dried in the sun
