When it comes to the decaffeinating coffee, Swiss Water Process arguably yields the best results. The Canadian company is able to remove the caffeine with their proprietary process without the need for chemical solvents. The result is a decaffeinated, washed coffee that retains many of it's original flavor characteristics. ~Tristan
