Perhaps one of the most sought after flavor profiles in a coffee to be found, this years Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural Process coffee does not disappoint! This coffee is from the Wote Konga washing station in the Yirgacheffe region of Southern Ethiopia. The coffee is dry processed (natural) and grown at altitudes of 1,800-2,200 meters.
