The Koke Washing station was built in 2011. In 2015 the staff of the washing station began guiding the smallholder farmers toward improved farming practices and coffee quality. This lot was sourced from 1200 Smallholder farms in the surrounding Kebeles within the Yirgacheffe district, all growing the Ethiopian Heirloom Varieties, Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho.

Unique to our collection are the All Natural, and, Organic Compliant flavored coffee!  This "dry" process does not use the chemical base of propylene glycol commonly used in flavoring coffee.  It's also coffee grinder friendly as a result.  You will also notice a more smooth, and less bitter flavor profile in our flavored coffee.
