We love this modern version of a traditional washed Colombian coffee carrying subtle fruity notes with a touch of cocoa. This coffee comes from 30-45 independent producers in the mountains of Tolima, Colombia where Emmanuel Enciso started a community-producing station for surrounding villages. The project is supported by Forest Green Coffee who we visited in May of 2022 and have worked with for five years.
