The Obsidian blend is perfect for the classic coffee drinker. I roast this blend carefully to bring forth a heavier mouthfeel and complexity without burning the beans. I would suggest brewing this coffee using a French Press or Chemex to make larger batches. In this coffee I taste carmelized sugars, dark chocolate, roast tones with an overall pleasant boldness that will satisfy and palate.
