Notes from the curator
Guatemalan is a classically popular coffee. The coffee is typically grown at higher altitudes which produces a medium bodied cup with a pleasing acidity. Enough acidity to be different but not overwhelming to someone new to specialty coffee. Ours has flavor notes of cocoa and nuts with a medium mouth feel and lingering tobacco notes.
More about Smalltown Coffee Co.
Coffee is craft. From beginning to end, it’s excellence depends on the willingness of hard working men and women to choose to do things the right way. Usually the hard way. Those are the kind of people we are, and the kind of people we partner with from farm cup. The proof is in the coffee.
