We responsibly source directly to coffee farming producers, to ensure quality as well as create a direct relationship with the producer. We travel to origin or partner with trust importers to cup and taste dozens of samples at the farm or in the region we are in search of coffee from. Once we select the coffees that we find suitable for our customers we bring them into our roastery, and start creating a roasting profile that hits all ours goals and attributes we believe the coffees have within. We purchase and roast in smaller batches to ensure coffee freshness. All coffees before purchase get cupped and tested, as well as after every roast we pull samples to ensure no defects or missed targets. Than, coffee is bagged in production and sealed in air tight bags with a gas valve to allow the coffee to breath. Finally, we pack and ship directly to you, fresh green, fresh roasted, shipped to your door.

Rothrock Coffee is located in the heart of Pennsylvania, in the town of State College. We are driven by the community and our goal is the highest quality coffee possible we can bring to them.
