Caroline Seibt grew up a second-generation farmer in Minas Gerais, southeastern Brazil. Matthew Kruse grew up an Iowa farm boy. Caroline's & Matthew's paths eventually crossed and they started a life together, eventually splitting time between their two home countries and Caroline dreamed of bringing her families coffees directly to roasters in the United States. Gaucha Specialty Coffee was born and we're proud be feature their coffee!
