It’s back! Our long-awaited return of Gustavo’s coffee has finally landed at our roastery. This time, we’ve purchased up a single varietal known as Red Tabi. This is a cross between Typica, Bourbon, and a Timor hybrid to create a coffee inherently rust-resistant while still having great body and depth of flavor. This coffee is great served on espresso or filter offerings!
