Notes from the curator
A rooster crows to assert dominance, but in rare circumstances, a hen will crow when she is at the top of the pecking order. Drink Morning Crow and assert yourself at the top. This dark roast is full bodied with chocolate, sweet, and slightly nutty flavor. Grown on a mountainside finca at 1,600 to 1,700 meters of elevation in the highland regions of northern Guatemala, it is perhaps the most distinguished Guatemalan coffee as it is often considered the best in the country overall.
