It was our Sicilian grandmother, with the help of a moka pot and Italian espresso, who introduced us to the fine art of coffee. She instilled in us a deep sense of &ldquo;coffee as a tasteful part of daily life.&rdquo; It was always the pinnacle moment of every social occasion. It was treated with care and selected purposefully to be an ideal complement. Years later, the growth of the local roasting movement awakened our fond memories of handcrafted coffee. Since our inception in 2005, we&#39;ve endeavored to source the highest quality coffee and to perfect a roast that reveals the essence of every bean, in every cup.
