Notes from the curator

The Bio Arabica co-op is a fairly young group, having been established in 2017. It’s also unique in that the average age of the 45 producers in the co-op is 30 years old. 85% of the members work in coffee production, while the other 15% produce other crops for consumption, such as citrus and banana. Due to the size of the farms, and storage capacities, their coffees are traded in micro-lots.
