Notes from the curator

The casuals espresso blend is modcup's homage to Italian style coffee, minus the Robusta typically found in European espresso. Taken deep in the roaster, this is as close as modcup gets to dark(er) roasted coffee and aims to be that comfortably familiar balance of bitter/sweet. A certain crowd pleaser.
