The coffee is processed at the mill, sorted for quality then brought together at the time of auction. It was processed using the classic Kenyan method for washed processing. But with the addition of an extended soaking period underwater for the fermentation step. It exhibits the classic lightly malted, bright and fruity characteristic of Kenyan coffee.
