Notes from the curator

Apex is a blend of natural Ethiopian and Latin America coffees, (Guatemala and/or Mexican) These regions are known for sweeter Chocolaty and fruity flavor notes. After listening to feedback from local shops and espresso enthusiasts, the resulting blend is primarily intended for drip coffee drank black. But, the coffee’s rounded acidity still allows for a very sweet espresso.
