Notes from the curator

Roasting this coffee is oddly satisfying. It seems to have its own character due to it's small dense beans. The fragrances off the trier are fascinating as they evolve more prominently than other coffees. This is a great coffee if you're looking to shake things up a bit, but don't want to venture too far into the funky, fruits of a natural process coffee. ~Tristan
