This decaf is a blend of top grade Brazilian coffee from the Mogiana region, it is processed in Canada by the chemical free Swiss Water Process and shipped back to the US in grain-pro protected bags. The roast degree is City/City+ making this coffee suitable for both drip/pour-over and espresso brewing. Tasting notes: Brown sugar, raisin, chocolate, dark toffee - clean.
