Notes from the curator
The Chajulense farmer coop was started in 1988 by 40 farmers. Through Cooperative Coffees (the cooperative of like-minded roasters we helped start), Bongo has been purchasing this coffee since 2006, helping the organization grow to about 1,500 members.
