Our Redacted espresso is a rotating blend of in-season coffees. Following our roasting philosophy, we don't roast this much darker than our single origin coffees, rather we stretch the roast to build sweetness and structure in the cup.

We started roasting in 2013 with a goal to bring out the best flavors in the ethically sourced coffees we offer. Since then we've grown into a busy, community driven coffee shop with constantly rotating single origin offerings and blends, all roasted on the lighter side for sweetness and complexity.
