At Swiss Water, green coffee is cleaned and hydrated with clean water before being introduced to Green Coffee Extract (GCE)—a liquid made with clean water and water-soluble solids found in green coffee except for caffeine. The imbalance in caffeine content causes it to migrate from the bean and into the CGE. Within 10 hours, this process creates a coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free!
