Our latest offering from our friends at Finca Concepción Buena Vista is a delicious naturally-processed Red Bourbon varietal grown at 5900 feet above sea level. After harvest, each bean is slowly dried in the cherry for around three weeks, with the moisture being monitored meticulously along the way.
