Coffee: This Guatemalan coffee is full-bodied and chocolaty while at the same time exhibiting a hint of spice, floral notes, and fruit. The Swiss Water Process method of decaffeinating preserves the complex flavor. Artwork by Amelia: Amelia spent her childhood summers traveling to National Parks of the American West.
